Guide Review - Sripraphai

Sripraphai offers Thai food that many claim is the most authentic you can get outside Thailand. Bring your own beer or wine -- they don't serve alcohol. The servers are always friendly and will accommodate your spiciness requests perfectly. The picture menu they offer is helpful. Two great starters are chicken sate($6), which is moist and delicious and mango salad ($7) which is spicy, yet refreshing. Sauteed noodles with meat, chili and basil leaves($6) is a personal favorite and the chicken curry with bamboo shoots in coconut milk($6) is also great. Pork curry with string beans($6.50) is another standout. The good news: you really can't go wrong with anything on the menu, though I avoid the pad thai($6.50) as it's mediocre.
