Sunday, April 20, 12 - 4 p.m.

Earth Fair Outside Grand Central
Friday, April 18 from 12 - 7 p.m. & Saturday, April 19 from 11 a.m. - 5 p.m.
This two-day festival brings together environmentalists, youth, green companies, artists and musical performers to celebrate Earth Day in New York City. EarthFair is free and open to the public with fun, interactive exhibits that help educate and inspire New Yorkers on how to be conscious consumers and more active citizens.

Green Apple Festival in New York City
Friday, April 18 - Sunday, April 20
Musical performances around New York City (some are free) will feature "greening" of the many venues to produce a carbon-neutral festival to celebrate Earth Day.

Earth Week in Prospect Park (Brooklyn)
From April 21-27, enjoy a variety of free activities in Prospect Park to celebrate Earth Day and encourage conservation.

Muse on Earth by Creative Pier
Tuesday, April 22 from 6-9 p.m.
Participate in Creative Pier's evening of activities celebrating Mother Earth -- including bird house making, group painting and a meditation labyrinth. $15 per person, includes drinks and snacks, as well as activities.

Highway to the Future: Mobile Hybrid Experience
Friday, April 18 and Saturday, April 19 from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Visit Toyota's 53-foot trailer featuring high-tech interactive stations aimed at providing tips for everyday changes to make a difference in the environment, general information on alternative fuels and education on hybrid technology. A simulated "Prius Driving Experience" completes the Earth Day experience happening near Grand Central Terminal on Vanderbilt Avenue between 43rd and 44th Streets.
